Discard Sandwich Bread
Light and soft with a hint of sourdough tang-the perfect everyday loaf for toast, sandwiches, and snacking. Made with sourdough discard and yeast for the best of both worlds.
Brioche
Rich, golden, and lightly sweet. This soft brioche loaf is made with eggs, butter, and yeast-perfect for French toast, sliders, or just slathering with jam.
French
Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside-this classic French-style loaf is perfect for sandwiches, garlic bread, or tearing and dipping. Baked fresh with a golden crust and signature chew, it's simple, versatile, and always a crowd favorite.

Buns & Rolls

Brioche Buns
Glossy, buttery, and just the right amount of bougie. Ideal for smash burgers, pulled pork, or brunch sandwiches. Each bun is brushed with my signature honey butter glaze and topped with sesame seeds.

Pull-apart Dinner Rolls
Sourdough discard adds flavor depth to these ultra-soft, fluffy rolls. Slightly sweet, buttery, and absolutely addictive.
